PRINT AND PACKAGING FAQ:

Q: Where are your prints made?
A: I make all of my prints in New York City personally.

Q: Do the images listed in your shop accurately show how the print will look when printed?
A: Yes.

Q: How is the print made and packaged?
A: All of my prints are made as ink jet prints on epson premium fine art papers with a 1 inch or so white border around the edges. The prints are not framed and will be shipped safely in a tube (large prints) or a flat packaging envelope (smaller prints). Whenever possible, all U.S. orders are shipped with a tracking number. 

Q: Do you sell larger prints than the sizes listed in your shop?
A: The sizes listed are the only sizes I have available currently on my shop. However you can order custom sizes, including very large prints, by emailThe print sizes vary based on the type of camera used, cropping, and resolution. 

Q: Can I order a print of a photo I saw on your blog, portfolio site, or Instagram feed? 
A: Yes, but I handle these orders through email. Please email me with the image link and the size you would like it printed and I can send you a quote.

Q: Are your prints signed? 
A: Yes, each print is personally inspected by me before it is sent out and signed and dated on the back.

SHIPPING FAQ:

Q: How do you calculate your shipping costs?
A: The shipping cost is based on packaging, labor, and shipping via USPS.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?
A: For orders within the US, please allow up to 3 weeks for your order to arrive. For international orders, please expect your print to arrive anywhere between 3-4 weeks.

Q: What if my print arrives damaged?
A: In the rare event that your print arrives damaged, I will deal with the scenario on a case by case basis. I take pride in producing quality prints, so if you receive something that does not meet your expectations, please let me know.
